Abstract :
Taking the countries of Hebei as the study object and the per capita GDP as the measuring indicator, this paper analyzes the evolvement of spatial pattern of county economy in Hebei from 1996 to 2010 by way of ESDA-GIS. The conclusions are that, the county economy of hebei province shows a strong spatial correlation, hotspot areas are changing frequently, and its location is moving toward north, while the cold spot is centered on heilonggang river. Hebei province implements the strategies of coastal economical zone, green economic circle of the ring the capital and central south economic zone during the 12th Five-Year Plan, Shijiazhuang and Tangshan have respectively been established as the core of coastal economical zone and central south economic zone, but their radiation function and leading role are still limited. On the other side, the county belonged to Zhangjiakou, Chengde and Baoding around the capital, should make use of the strategy of green economic circle of the ring the capital and take advantage of the unique location, in order to accelerate the development of county economy.
