Abstract :
Usually classical statistics method based on general linear model makes activation tests for voxels in single subject. We suggest a method to analysis various heterogeneity measures based on fMRI data among teenage group with the same background. Simulations were performed to describe common and different comparisons and our efficient implementation makes this approach practical and more helpful for clinical.
