Abstract :
This paper addresses the problem of cooperative allocation strategies and guidance laws in scenarios involving N pursuers against M evaders. The pursuer assignment strategies are based on capturability feature considerations. The attainability / reachability characteristics are computed using 1×1 and 2×1 differential game no escape zones. This approach is applied to design suboptimal assignment policies for ground / naval defence systems (pursuers: defending missiles versus evaders: attacking missiles). We illustrate with a 3×2 example the algorithms we have developed to optimize allocation plans before launch of defending missiles and to compute in flight (re)allocation strategies for defending missiles.
