Abstract :
This paper investigates the design of H static output-feedback controllers for Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems with time delays. Based on a fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a sufficient stability condition in terms of Bilinear Matrix Inequalities is derived for the stabilization of these systems, guaranteeing an H performance. To solve the nonconvexity involved in this condition, a cone complementarity formulation based on an LMI-based algorithm is used. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed approach.
