Abstract :
Robust and gain-scheduling analysis and design techniques are used to realize an adaptive controller. LFT representations of the plant and controller are used to study the stability and performance properties of the adaptive scheme off-line, and the on-line computational time for implementing the LFT controller is reduced. This controller is scheduled as a function of the parameters to be estimated.
