Abstract
This paper presents the generalization of a frequency method based on the Nyquist´s Criterion to test the stability of Fractional Derivative Equations (FDE) with Time Delays. Thanks to the general model of the FDEs, this method also applies to Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE) with Time Delays, which represent a particular case of FDEs.
