Abstract :
We provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the standard H∞-suboptimal control problem for systems with the transfer function in a subalgebra of the quotient field of the Wiener algebra. These conditions are formulated in terms of the existence of two J-spectral factorizations. Furthermore, a formula for the set of all stabilizing controllers is given.
