  • Abstract
    A smooth control Lyapunov function for the planar vertical takeoff and landing (PVTOL) aircraft is proposed. Its construction relies on the nonlinear stabilization technique called forwarding. The PVTOL aircraft model represents a particular example which illustrates well "Lyapunov forwarding" technique.
