Abstract :
The paper considers the problem of definition of matrix operators for dynamical discrete-time, time-varying systems and their application for output deviations estimates for uncertain systems and output estimates using singular value decomposition. Uncertainty in the system description is modelled by unknown bounded perturbations of the system operator and the output operator. The method for computing an estimate for the output difference between the perturbed and nominal system has been presented. Also the estimates of min-max norm for time-varying systems using SVD has been developed. Two examples are presented: output difference estimate for communication satellite and Bode characteristic estimate for time-varying system.
