Abstract :
60kHz, 100kW and the DC to AC efficiency of 91%, Static Induction (SI) thyristor type voltage-controlled series resonant inverter is developed using the snubberless 1200V-300A class of the SI thyristors and the DC to final output efficiency of 82% is obtained as a result of dummy load test.
