Abstract
The performance of chaos-based DS-CDMA communication system over an m-distributed fading channel is evaluated. The chaos synchronization is assumed and a coherent reception in multi-user case is considered. Based on the Rician approximation of the energy distribution, an exact analytical expression of the bit error rate is derived. Many chaotic maps are used in order to demonstrate the exactitude of our analytical approach. Analytical and simulated results are presented and compared.
