Abstract :
This paper is a novel approach to design and launch an interstellar spacecraft and associated intelligent repeater modules for the ultimate purpose of detecting extraterrestrial intelligence and interstellar space study. Conventional interstellar space crafts like Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 have some common demerits known to the scientific community which shall be rectified in the proposed method thereby guaranteeing ideal infinite life time contact of the interstellar spacecraft with the base station. Intelligent repeater modules shall be designed for relaying the radio wave communication between interstellar spacecraft and base station. Intelligent repeater design, repeater deployment techniques, automatic repeater realignment, communication protocols, tracking methods, base station design techniques are reconsidered for a constant and coherent communication link.
