            Abstract : 
This paper presents, design and simulation of a Tunable Ring Resonator (TRR). The resonance frequency of the resonator can be tuned by varying the bias voltage of varactor diode. This resonator can be tuned from 3.67 GHz to 4.34 GHz with approximately 7.5% of bandwidth and shows good return loss. The TRR structure has ease of frequent fabrication with accurate results. The proposed TRR can be used for low phase noise oscillator design.
