  • Abstract
    Time-frequency representation based estimation of multi-component signal parameters is considered. A new adaptive threshold combined with a pattern recognition tool is proposed to separate signal components from the mixture. The proposed algorithm is applied to knock signal analysis in spark ignition engines.
