Abstract :
This paper concerns the influence of system uncertainty on the closed loop behaviour of a SISO plant controlled by a GPC. To begin with, the way system uncertainty affects the closed loop formulae of the plant is obtained. We will see that T polynomial plays a very important role in system robustness, and a way of tuning T polynomial is suggested so that system uncertainty affects as little as possible the closed loop transfer function.
