Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss the disturbance decoupling problem by regular feedback for linear time-varying singular systems. First, we provide a new algorithm. Then, by such an algorithm, sufficient and necessary conditions for the solvability of the disturbance decoupling problem for linear time-varying singular systems are derived.
