Abstract :
This paper considers the robust H2 performance of a continuous-time descriptor system with norm bounded uncertainty. We derive an upper bound of the H2 performance of such a descriptor system based on the generalized Lyapunov theorem and a linear matrix inequality. The proposed performance bound is also compared with the one for a state-space system.
