Abstract
This paper deals with the comparison of laboratory experimental results obtained in our team. The topics of our research concern the monitoring of alcoholic fermentation processes. We have compared the behaviour of different linear and nonlinear adaptive control approaches. The described algorithms ensure a prespecified quality of output tracking and disturbances rejection.
