Abstract
This paper proposes AutoDidact, a simulation - based learning environment intended for linear system analysis and design study. The learning strategy employed completes the lecture course, classical tutorial "paper and pencil" activities and lab classes. AutoDidact provides the students with discovery or training exercises, theoretical support in a hypertext form and a model of the knowledge in the control domain. Qualitative interpretation and comparative study based on multiparameterized simulation results are stressed.
