Abstract :
We propose Schmitt-Trigger (ST) based recycling sensor combined with self-calibration to mitigate process-variation induced sensing errors and to amplify the aging induced delay degradation. We also propose voltage boosting to enhance the aging mechanisms. The proposed sensor is able to detect fine grained recycling (0.1s usage with negligible error).
