Abstract :
In this paper we proposed a methodology to automatically build Ontology, extracting information from the World Wide Web from an initial keyword obtained from user question. The Schema for the Concept Hierarchy of the proposed Concept Relational Ontology is dynamically formulated by using an iterative concept extraction algorithm. The efficiency of the constructed ontology is demonstrated using a novel Dynamic Concept Relational Ontology based Framework designed for web based Question Answering systems. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively construct generic domain ontology for developing question answering systems with higher accuracy.
