Abstract :
High frequency response of power transformer is used to analyze winding deformation. To model the high frequency behavior of power transformer, a lumped parameter equivalent circuit with multiple sections is widely used. However, the accuracy and complexity of the model depends on the number of sections. In this paper, a comparative study is made between models with different number of sections to obtain optimal model.
