Abstract
Some anomalous ionospheric signature has been observed at Amity University, Noida, India during the earthquake in south western region of Pakistan on September 24, 2013. These anomalies were observed few minutes before the earthquake as if it was a precursor. In addition to the variation of TEC, GPS scintillation has also been observed unexpectedly during this period.
