Abstract :
Informed decision-making for formulating educational policy at the global, regional or local levels has become increasingly complicated due to the changes we are facing culturally, economically and productively in the 21st century. Accordingly, the abilities and skills to produce develop and manage knowledge and innovations are of crucial significance for all modern societies. A detailed overview of the design of the educational decision-making model and its implementation in curriculum development, learning environments and economics of education is presented in the article.
