Abstract :
The 32nd Electrical Insulation Conference will be held in Philadelphia, PA, between the 8th and 11th of June 2014 (see http://sites.ieee.org/eic). Philadelphia is the fifth largest city in the USA and is known as the "Cradle of Liberty" as this was where the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were signed and adopted. It is also where the first fully electronic computer, ENIAC, was designed and built.
