Abstract
The decoupling problem by regular static measurement feedback for linear time-invariant systems is considered here when the number of inputs is equal to the number of output blocks but, and this is the originality of this contribution, when the measurement output is not assumed to be equal to the output to be controlled. A necessary and sufficient condition is proposed, within the geometric approach, as well as the construction of a feedback solution which is illustrated through an example.
