Abstract :
In this paper a robust adaptive predictive control procedure for unstable slowly time-varying plant is derived. Youla and dual Youla parametrization are used to tranform the problem into an easy-to-handle closed loop configuration. From the ID procedure, a plant model and a noise model is derived, that is used to tune the controller.
