Abstract :
In this paper we are dealing with including decision-making aspects in Production Processes. The proposed approach is a solution for modelling Production processes disturbances at both the local and the supervisory level. Internal and External disturbances are described and taken into account. At the local level a decision-making algorithm is associated to the Petri nets model in order to reassign the alternative machine following a breakdown machine. This algorithm is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP). At the supervisory level, the proposed alternative machine is taken into account to establish the new operations execution policy.
