Abstract :
Polynomial matrices and equations are now recognized as an important theoretical tool to solve various problems in linear systems and signals. Based on recent achievements in numerical algorithms, a new software package -Polynomial Toolbox for Matlab Version 2.0 - has been developed that makes polynomial matrix methods ready for applications. The toolbox is used here in various examples of linear control design.
