Abstract :
Wireless Sensor Network sensor nodes are designed to sense, compute and collect information, and based on some decision processing rules, they transmit the sensed data to the end user. This paper proposes a system that utilizes the WSN for the purpose of landmine detection. The project aims to develop network of unmanned vehicle for the detection of metal landmines. Each vehicle is equipped with inductive proximity sensors (GX-8ML), XMDA300 (sensor board), XMTS420 (GPS module) and AVR iBoard.
