Abstract :
In the creation of common sense knowledge base major information contents are the ontology of classes; instances and individuals; parts, properties, and materials of objects; functions and uses of objects; location, duration, post and preconditions of events; behavior; emotions; strategies; and context. To accommodate all these concepts in a single unit, a robust system is required incorporating the knowledge representation, learning and also reasoning. This paper presents the Extended Hierarchical Censored Production Rules (EHCPRs) System as an Ontology Learning System and a general exchange language for ontologies. An EHCPR as a unit of knowledge will serve as the concept in the ontology learned.
