Abstract
In today´s scenario, almost all research and business organizations rely heavily on IT infrastructure. Cloud computing is an emerging paradigm that has caused significant changes in the field of computing. The infrastructure provisioned to users via cloud includes expensive hardware, storage, network etc. The infrastructure is made available to end users on demand basis and in pay-as-you-say manner. The cloud user pays for every unit of resource used and cloud provider incurs excessive installation and maintenance cost. Thus the resources provided by cloud need to de efficiently allocated to tasks in a workflow and must be well managed. Thus, to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources and provide balanced and reliable scenario architecture has been proposed which favors both, cloud users as well as cloud providers.
