Abstract
In this paper, a novel approach to segmentation of dermoscopic images based on fuzzy logic and Fuzzyc-means clustering is proposed. Skin disease is the most widespread disease in the world. There are many techniques and tests to diagnose skin disease. However, many of these techniques are extremely complex, subjective and depend deeply on the experience of the clinician. Melanoma is a kind of skin disease and deadliest form of skin cancer must be diagnosed early for effective treatment. So, it is necessary to develop a computer-aided diagnostic system to facilitate its early detection. To predict these problems, we use a fuzzy inference as promising modalities for detection of skin disease.
