Abstract :
In this paper, the energy recycle converter (ERC) is proposed for recycling the electric power wasted in the development process of the power conversion unit. ERC has an excellent performance that almost of the conversion energy of the test-unit can be reused. For experimental evaluation, the ERC prototype was designed to be 1kW non-isolated type. And its effectiveness was verified with help of 40kW ERC-rack, which is able to operate 40-ERC-modules at the same time. The developed ERC was applied as the burning and/or the aging equipment in the development process.
