Abstract :
In this paper, a novel three dimensional integration of EMI filter is presented. Planar structure is adopted in this EMI filter design, including planar common mode inductor and planar capacitors. The principle of the novel planar common mode inductor is analyzed and the implementation of the planar capacitor is discussed. This proposed EMI filter can achieve good performance in high frequency and reduce 50% in the volume compared to the traditional EMI filter.
