Abstract
Reconstruction of MP images is a complex and time-consuming process as it involves the solution of a large linear system of equations. Therefore, the images are usually reconstructed offline after the experiment is finished. This is in contradiction of the experimenter´s need to see if the tracer injection was successful or if it failed. An early feedback would allow to adapt the experiment while it is running. In this work we want to demonstrate how the raw MPI signal can be analyzed in order to provide early feedback of the temporal signal progression.
