Abstract
Many applications of magnetic particle imaging (MPI) would benefit from the ability to distinguish different types of particles that are measured simultaneously. For instance, using “multi-color” MPI [1], a catheter marked with one type of particles could be visualized in a different color than the surrounding blood marked with a second type of particles.
