Abstract :
Based on the tunable permeability of ferrite slab under dc magnetic bias, we discuss the tunable metamaterials consisting of such ferrite slab and conventional negative permittivity structures. And some applications for the electromagnetic wave controlling and absorbing are presented based on the ferrite tunable metamaterials.
