Abstract :
This work introduces an accurate sensitivity analysis technique to be used in the design and analysis of photonic devices. Vector finite element method is adopted in discretizing structures under consideration. An efficient normalization technique is used to avoid computationally demanding matrix inversions that are usually used in similar techniques.
