It continues to explore the opportunities and challenges of Internet-based health interventions made possible by the Future Internet and emerging technologies. Identifying the psychological and social barriers can help to improve the delivery of healthcare interventions in a number of ways, including assuring privacy and security, building trust and promoting equal access.
