Abstract

Most people know all the services offered by different public bodies and rightfully ours, the purpose of this work is a mobile application that helps citizens to geotag intersectorally all social sector services, according the current location of the city, the most relevant information entities of the country including contact and exact location; at the same time allows a feedback to society, also includes a Business Intelligence solution to guide citizens accommodating utilities, this application developed is freely available for domestic and foreign guests in two Spanish and English.
