  • Abstract
In this paper, a literature survey of a KY converter, a recent invention in the field of non -isolated DC-DC Converter [3, 4, and 12] always works under continuous conduction mode. This converter possesses fast load transient responses and non pulsating output current, thereby voltage ripples are reduced. Besides the voltage conversion ratios for different types of KY converters [5-8] are presented. Also by combining KY boost and buck converter [7] no right-half plane zero, thereby maintaining the system stability, compact and cost to be down. A detailed description of the technological survey of various KY converters in order to reduce the output voltage ripple is presented herein along with a mathematical deduction.
