Abstract :
We demonstrate a tunable dispersion equalizer on a low loss Si3N4/SiO2 planar waveguide platform. The equalizer has a tuning range of ±550 ps/nm, a footprint of 222.5 mm2, and can compensate multiple WDM channels simultaneously.
