Abstract :
This paper presents coupled thermal and electrical modeling for a ONAN distribution transformer. Thermal model based on the IEC 60076-7 standard will lead to estimate the oil temperature of the transformer. Thermal parameters are determined using Levenberg/Marquardt algorithm. Electrical model based on KAPP model will determine the transformer leakage resistance and inductance evolutions. Variations of leakage impedance according to transformer temperature are highlighted leading to a global adaptive model.
