Abstract :
This paper presents a new simple dynamic Lithium-Ion battery model. It is modelled by MATLAB/Simulink and SimPowerSystems software packages and simulated at different temperatures, load current, and cycle life number. The interest of this model is the ability to study the behavior of this battery, and improve its life cycle. The model is simple and can be implemented in the electrical vehicle. The simulation results show that the modeling of temperature and lifetime of the battery are important to examine battery current and voltage nature at different conditions, unlike the standard model which operates usually at the same condition (25 °C).
