Abstract :
In this work a system which can make wireless power transfer at 2450MHz is prepared. An 2×2 array antenna is designed for system by using HFSS simulation program. Circuit that rectify RF signal was realized. HSMS 285C schottky diode of Avago company and a capacitor are used in rectifier circuit. Output voltage is obtained 351 mV from 128 mm distance by measurement.
