Abstract :
Analysis of nonlinear phenomena and processes in distributed thin-film ferrostructures is carried out from positions of spin electronics (spintronics) at influence of various intensity external electric-and-magnetic fields. The conclusion is made on possibility of realization of resonant schemes constructed on nonlinear parametrical zonal systems working at ultraharmonics of current, in the higher zones of oscillations instability, in microwave and terahertz ranges, on thin-film ferromagnetic structures as the part of composite environments.
