Abstract :
Effective data management and processing belongs to one of the most important tasks of the development of current information and database systems. It is necessary to store not only actual valid data objects, but also the complex record of changes during the whole life cycle of the object - historical values, actual states, but also data valid in the future based on actual decisions. Existing temporal solutions are inadequate in terms of performance - effectiveness of the whole system, which is manifested by the size of the required data and processing time. Moreover, bioengineering systems highlight the reliability of processed data. This paper deals with the magnetic resonance imaging result processing based on tumour markers with emphasis on temporal data management and changes monitoring based on Epsilon definition.
