Abstract :
This paper presents a Memristor base 4-bit digital-to-analog convertor. A single input programmer consisting of a DeMultiplexer and a reset switch is used to adjust memristance of memristors. By using this programmer, memristances value is reached to the targets value with maximum error of ±1%. The proposed DAC achieves a DNL (differential nonlinearity) and an INL (integral nonlinearity) of 0.075 LSB and 0.123 LSB, respectively.
