Abstract :
In this work research results are given for photovoltaic cells that were explored using differential spectroscopy method for currents. The expressions for semiconductor structure´s with p-n junction series and shunt resistances determination were obtained. It is determined specific load resistance value that equal to effective resistance value of electric circuit consists of load and ideal semiconductor structure with p-n junction. It is offered the way to improve load resistance value selection.
